----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------What made you decide to work with Coaching Success?I had heard from a couple of friends about coaching, and thought I must get in touch and have a go myself. The website was very informative and I could see straight away that the whole approach to fitness and well being was a real specialty of theirs. How did you feel before your first session?Slightly nervous to be honest, wasn't sure what to expect. the first session was more about getting to know me and very little training, or so I thought. learnt some things about me I never even realised. We did my nutritional aspects straight away as its vital, I immediately felt the benefits of eating right and taking the correct supplements. How do you feel now?I'm 12 weeks in, still losing weight, and training is so much fun. There are so many different sessions. I have so much more energy and motivation in my life. Ailsa and I really worked on the life / work balance and I'm feeling the benefits physically and mentally and reaping the rewards already. What was the best part of working with Coaching Success?I like to know the ins and outs of everything I do, Ailsa picked up on this straight away and explains the reasons for all our sessions and what we aim towards in that area for next time. I like the variety of sessions and its different every time. Also nutrition plays a massive part of training and the rules Ailsa set me on eating and drinking were surprisingly normal to what I expected, It started as a lose weight, get fit idea. It's now a way of life for me and I find it hard to remember why I was like I was before I started. What have you achieved?I never weighed myself before I started, I never used to weigh myself anyway, too embarrassed, but I must have lost over a stone if not more and dropped 4 inches off my waste. If someone else wanted to change their life, what advice would you give?If you have ever wanted to start training, coaching success is definitely the place to start. It's not only about losing weight or getting fit, its everything that goes with it, your mental attitude and the balance of areas in your life. Coaching covers all these and more. Dream It. Do It.
