Pole Dancing is the new exciting form of exercise an alternative to more
traditional kinds of training. Not only does it help to improve your
flexibility and muscle tone, keeps you fit it also builds confidence in yourself
and of course you can burn a lot of calories - it’s great fun too!
You will learn lots of tricks; including climbing, spinning and inverting
along with floor work. You will also learn routines, pre-choreographed and
free styling and strengthening and flexibility exercises.
Whether you want to get fit, gain confidence, add a bit of sexy spice in your life
and express yourself, or wow your friends with impressive pole tricks
and dance routines our pole classes are for you.
